Ciasto orzechowe i sos karmelowy – para dobrana idealnie! Jeden bez drugiego istnieć może, ale powiedzmy sobie szczerze – to dość marna egzystencja. Bez sosu ciasto byłoby niczym podstarzała dewotka usychająca z tęsknoty. Sos – hmm, jak by to określić… same zbereźne rzeczy przychodzą mi do głowy. Ciasto orzechowe
Składniki:
- 150 g mąki
- 1/2 saszetki proszku do pieczenia
- 150 g cukru
- 3 jaja
- 150 ml oleju słonecznikowego
- 150 g orzechów włoskich
- cukier puder do posypania ciasta
Przygotowanie:
- Rozgrzej piekarnik do 180° C.
- W misce roztrzep jaja, dodaj olej, a następnie mąkę, cukier i proszek do pieczenia.
- Wsyp posiekane orzechy i wymieszaj.
- Foremkę ( średniej wielkości, najlepiej okrągłą ) wyłóż papierem do pieczenia i wlej masę.
- Wyrównaj wierzch i posyp cukrem pudrem.
- Wstaw do piekarnika na 30 – 40 minut ( do suchego patyczka ). W środku ciasto może być odrobinę mokre.
- Po upieczeniu wystudź ciasto i podawaj z sosem karmelowym.
Sos karmelowy à la Butterscotch
Składniki:
- 60 g masła
- 180 g brązowego cukru
- 150 ml śmietany kremówki ( minimum 30% )
- 4 łyżeczki likieru orzechowego lub kasztanowego
Przygotowanie:
- W rondelku rozpuść masło z cukrem i 60 ml śmietany. Mieszaj od czasu do czasu.
- Kiedy wszystko się rozpuści, pozostaw na wolnym ogniu na 3 minuty – już nie mieszaj.
- Następnie zdejmij z ognia i wlej resztę śmietany.
